We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Deputy Principal to join our team at Emmanuel Christian School in 2025. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the secondary school department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning practices, and promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.

• Lead and manage the secondary school department, including curriculum development, teaching, and assessment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and students to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and teaching experience.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
