This Opportunity Involves:

  • As a Regional Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the regional leadership team, responsible for effective forecast and budget management in line with contractual requirements.
  • You will provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team, manage client relationships, and ensure service delivery across the region.
  • The role requires strong financial management and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • You will also lead and develop the regional finance team, oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for both client and JLL, and manage invoice processing and payment.
  • In addition, you will ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audits, and manage and develop the team to exceed client expectations, maintain high performance, and ensure clear goals and succession plans.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of post-formal finance qualification experience (CA, CPA)
  • Prior experience in real estate finance or a related field, ideally in a multinational environment, is advantageous
  • Strong financial management and leadership skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build trusting cross-regional and cross-functional relationships
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills are required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work within tight deadlines
