Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • To prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • To work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
  • To participate in ongoing training and development, ensuring knowledge and skills are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
  • To assist in maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stock rotation.
  • To perform other duties as required by management, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation standards.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary certification an asset.
