Disability Employment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Employment Specialist to play a vital role in helping people with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities become work-ready and find sustainable employment.

The ideal candidate will be based at our Liverpool site, one of over 400 locations nationwide where we deliver Employment Services Programs. Together, we strive to uplift individuals, supporting them in employment, independence, and improved wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing Employment Opportunities: Identify and secure job openings that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Client Support and Guidance: Help clients identify their skills, create personalized employment plans, and provide ongoing support to achieve their career goals.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to both clients and employers, ensuring seamless interactions and effective outcomes.
  • Training and Development: Increase clients' capacity for employment through targeted training and support services, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with local employers and community organizations to expand opportunities for our clients.
Essential Requirements:
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Able to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
