Freight Export Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the entire export process for our clients in the Sydney area.

As an integral part of our team, you will control shipments from booking to invoicing, provide status updates, and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing client portfolios and coordinating shipments from booking to delivery
    • Providing customer service and resolving queries efficiently
    • Generating quotes, managing invoices, and tracking shipments
    • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Export Operator or related role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
