Home Care Worker Opportunity in Wyong

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Wyong. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and mobility assistance.
- Offer respite and emotional support, providing a listening ear and a helping hand when needed.
- Transport customers to appointments and provide social support during these interactions.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, requiring specialized support and attention.
