Job Description

This part-time role is scheduled to commence on Friday, 31 January 2025. The successful applicant will join our school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant, and holistic curriculum that is student-centred, flexible, and challenging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
  • Utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
  • Employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
  • Support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
  • Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Education
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead
