Retail Sales Associate Position for Exciting Opportunities

We are looking for a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Sheridan Coffs Harbour Outlet.

About the Role

This is a casual sales position that requires ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times (such as public holidays and sale periods) is essential. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our customers
  • Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions
  • Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
  • Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
  • Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
