Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
  • Assisting with meals and drinks, and applying practices to promote wellness
  • Following care plans and observing individual care notes, and using mechanical aids accurately
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support to residents

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Experience in Aged Care
  • Ability to write care notes and enter them into a computer
  • Demonstrated understanding of the standards and guidelines of Residential Aged Care
