About the Role

Audika is seeking an experienced Clinical Audiologist to join our team in Mudgeeraba. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive remuneration package (Salary + share of profit).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive adult hearing assessments for diverse clientele.
  • Prescribe and fit suitable hearing aids, personalized to individual needs.
  • Participate in local area marketing events to raise awareness and promote top-tier hearing services.
Requirements
  • Experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist with profound familiarity with hearing device products.
  • Qualified Professional (QP) with Membership in a recognized audiological peak body.
  • Dedication to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge.
  • Proven commercial acumen, meeting and surpassing KPIs in a dynamic market.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to foster meaningful connections with customers.
