Lead Educator

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our Early Childhood Education department, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.

Your expertise in early childhood education will ensure that our children receive the best possible start in life. You will work closely with our Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and inclusivity, ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

As a Lead Educator at our centre, you will have the opportunity to shape the educational programs and make a real difference in the lives of our children.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Western Australian Working with Children Check
