Job Description
As a Cost Controller, you will play a pivotal role in providing cost controls services for our Service Contract. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Monitoring and controlling cost activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Implementing project cost management programmes that provide accurate project performance insights.
  3. Ensuring timely delivery of cost reports within established project controls processes.
  4. Developing project budgets based on estimates and CBS guidelines.
  5. Producing updates to project cost forecasts.
  6. Issuing project change orders/variations in accordance with Management of Change procedures.
  7. Liaising with project management, planning, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy in project cost phasing and forecasting.
