Job Role:

Federal Hospitality encompasses a wide group of impressive and nationally acclaimed brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide practical advice and support to managers and employees in the areas of workplace health and safety, food safety and environment.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of WHS policies, procedures and management plans ensuring understanding and compliance at site level.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to embed safety standards into daily activities and business processes.
  • Support incident investigation and reporting coordinating with the WHS Manager to ensure thorough analysis and appropriate corrective actions.
  • Participate in WHS committees and working groups fostering open communication and employee involvement.

You'll bring tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety such as a Certificate IV or above and demonstrated professional experience.

Essential Qualifications:

You'll be an experienced WHS Business Partner or equivalent role who is excited to work with Tasmania's largest private employer. You'll bring experience and expertise across the breadth of workplace health and safety including:

  • Providing practical advice and support to managers and employees in the areas of WHS food safety and environment.
  • Assisting in the implementation and communication of WHS policies procedures and management plans ensuring understanding and compliance at site level.
  • Collaborating with operational leaders to embed safety standards into daily activities and business processes.
  • Supporting incident investigation and reporting coordinating with the WHS Manager to ensure thorough analysis and appropriate corrective actions.
