About the PositionThis role involves providing administrative support to the General Manager, Corporate Services, while also coordinating Governance Services to our stores.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Governance Services for stores, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Preparing and coordinating documents and reports for the General Manager.
- Monitoring grants, including available, applied for, awarded, and reconciled grants.
- Managing the company's intranet page and promoting a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role, providing support services to senior management.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Five weeks annual leave and leave loading at 17.5%.
