As a Senior Legal Counsel - Regulatory role, you will work closely with our General Counsel and Company Secretary, other in-house lawyers, and relevant executives to provide regulatory advice and support across various healthcare industries.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing expert regulatory advice on NDIS, aged care, and healthcare regulation matters.
- Leading and managing the design and implementation of risk management and compliance frameworks, policies, processes, and associated legal training.
- Drafting reports for consideration by the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and relevant Board committees.
- Assisting with mandatory notifications to regulators, including the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
You will have previous experience working at a senior level in-house, ideally in the NDIS, aged care, or other healthcare industries. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in providing regulatory advice, dealing with healthcare regulators, and developing compliance frameworks and processes.
