We are seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for Neurological Conditions to join our team at the Mid North Coast Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (MNCBIRS). As a cognitive behaviour therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to clients with complex neurological needs.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth and development of our service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address cognitive, behavioural, and psychosocial rehabilitation goals.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to promote optimal recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination and continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and outcomes.
