Project Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Development Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the shaping of our community's sport and recreational infrastructure.
The successful candidate will provide project management support and lead infrastructure projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure community and corporate needs are met. Key responsibilities include developing clear and effective reports and presentations for senior executives, councils, and committees, as well as providing exceptional customer service and advice on inquiries concerning sport and recreation.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess experience in planning, coordination, and delivery of sport & recreation infrastructure projects, holding a qualification in Sports & Recreation Management or equivalent. Ideal candidates will have highly developed research and report writing skills, with the ability to confidently craft, present, and represent our organization at meetings and other community groups.
Desirable skills and qualifications include:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
- A valid Class C Driving Licence is required for some roles.
