Belt Splicer

We are seeking an experienced Belt Splicer to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As a Belt Splicer, you will be responsible for splicing, repairing, and maintaining various types of belts, including fabric, steel cord, and solid woven belts.
Key Responsibilities:- Splice and repair belts without supervision
- Conduct belt audits to ensure optimal performance
- Operate winches and winders to install and remove belts
- Assist with creating splice reports to track belt performance
- Perform hot and cold repairs to extend belt lifespan
- Apply mechanical clips to secure belts in place
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in belt splicing and repair
- Experience with fabric, steel cord, and solid woven belts
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination
- Competitive rates, including penalties and allowances
