About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional leader to join our store as Store Manager. As a seasoned retail professional, you'll bring at least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores, a deep understanding of store operations, and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
You'll be responsible for monitoring and managing multiple levers of performance, including sales and profitability, inventory and labour. Your strong commercial acumen and head for numbers will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
As a Store Manager, you'll be the face of The Good Guys in your store, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You'll take personal accountability for upholding the Good Guys brand to the highest standard and make sure your team does the same.
We're looking for someone who believes in growing their team through regular and systematic coaching and feedback. If you're passionate about the customer, keen to develop talent, and thrive on delivering results, then we want to hear from you.
