Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our food service delivery operations.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and service areas.

About the Role
  • Deliver food services to residents in accordance with planned menus and meet the requirements of our Food Safety Program.
  • Perform daily and periodic cleaning schedules for food preparation and service areas.
  • Serve meals to residents in dining hall and trolley services, wash dishes, prepare sandwiches, and provide beverages to residents and their visitors.
  • Provide feedback on resident preferences and escalate any concerns regarding menu planning or resident conditions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, relatives, and friends through excellent customer service and proactive communication.

  • Support the effective delivery of food services by following planned menus and meeting health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and service areas.

Requirements
