At Bed Bath N' Table, we're seeking charismatic and enthusiastic sales associates to join our team for the 2024 Christmas season. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining store visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain store visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Process transactions efficiently, accurately, and securely, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in stock replenishment, receiving, and inventory management tasks as required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of in-store promotions, displays, and visual merchandising initiatives.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, during the peak holiday period.
  • Availability to commit to the full duration of the seasonal contract (14 December 2024 - 5 January 2025).
