Job Title: Skilled Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Chamberlain Gardens Care Home in Wyoming NSW.

This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents and their families. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide total care of residents, including physical and emotional wellbeing and safety.

  • Apply safe practice measures in medication management and lead others to promote a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.
  • Support the personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to deliver high-quality care.
About This Role
  • You have the ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers.
  • You align with our philosophy and values; strong communication skills and a commitment to resident wellbeing are essential.
  • Experience in the aged care sector is not required; attitude and aptitude are prioritized.
  • A positive team member who shows initiative and delivers quality work daily.
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree and AHPRA Registration with no restriction are essential for this position.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is also required.
