We are currently seeking two motivated Graduate Software Developers to join our Brisbane Head Office on a permanent full-time basis.

In this exciting role, you will work under the guidance of experienced developers, contributing to various projects and gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with senior developers to design, implement, and maintain software applications across various platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with industry best practices and company coding standards.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, programming languages, and development tools relevant to the team's projects and objectives.
  • Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and development processes.
  • Document code changes and updates to ensure clarity and maintainability for future development efforts.

About You:

  • Degree qualification in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Azure, C#, JavaScript, Angular, SQL Server, REST API, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and document code changes effectively.
  • Diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
