About This Role

You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered recruitment by leading product strategy and innovation as Principal AI Product Manager. You'll own the complete product vision and roadmap for GenAI applications, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into products that deliver exceptional user experiences and measurable business outcomes.

The role requires you to orchestrate product strategy across both Capabilities and Applications streams, with primary accountability for GenAI Applications product portfolio. You'll work at the intersection of advanced AI technology and user needs, defining product requirements and go-to-market strategies that establish industry leadership in AI-powered recruitment.

Some key responsibilities include:
  • Driving product strategy and innovation for SEEK's Generative AI portfolio.
  • Owning the complete product vision and roadmap for GenAI applications.
  • Defining product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to deliver joint initiatives.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical expertise and business acumen. Key qualifications include:
  • Extensive experience in product management or strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft ambitious product visions and roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI.
