Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Product Visionary to lead our digital innovation efforts and drive business growth through cutting-edge AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop AI Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning with our overall business objectives and identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and improve business outcomes.
  2. Lead End-to-End Product Development: Oversee the development lifecycle of AI-powered products, from ideation and design to launch and iteration, collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  3. User Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and pain points, analysing user behaviour and preferences to identify opportunities for AI-driven personalisation and product improvements.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, editorial, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches, communicating product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: Continuously monitor and analyse product performance, using data-driven insights to optimise AI models, algorithms, and user experiences, identifying areas for improvement and implementing iterative enhancements.
