About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to lead and execute audits of technology, data, cybersecurity, and AI systems. As a key member of our Internal Audit team, you will be responsible for assessing risks, evaluating controls, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage audit teams and effectively engage with senior management and stakeholders. Proven experience in leading technology, cybersecurity, and data audits is essential, along with a sound understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and data management practices.

As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that audits are conducted in accordance with IA methodology and IIA standards, and within agreed timelines.
  • Providing timely and effective communication to stakeholders, including senior management and audit directors.
  • Maintaining a high level of technical expertise and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • Leading and managing a team of internal audit professionals, ensuring effective team development and performance.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Audit Manager - Technology, Data, and Automation will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging data analytics to drive assurance and risk management decisions.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls and recommending improvements.
  • Conducting reviews of technology projects and programs, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
  • Developing and implementing audit plans, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading technology, cybersecurity, and data audits.
  • A deep understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and data management practices.
