Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior IP Paralegal to join our team in the Sydney CBD office. As a key member of our intellectual property department, you will provide high-quality legal secretarial support to our Partner and their team.

The Role


In this role, you will be responsible for:



  • File management, including electronic and hard copy filing
  • Filing applications with regulatory bodies
  • Preparing correspondence and documents
  • Managing diaries and calendars
  • Database management and maintenance
  • Printing, scanning, uploading, and photocopying documents as needed

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience in IP or commercial law, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Superior organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software and systems used in IP law
