Located in the heart of Tasmania's stunning national park, our luxury resort offers an unparalleled relaxation experience at our exquisite lodge with breathtaking views of Wineglass Bay.

As a Guest Services Specialist, you will contribute to delivering high-quality cleaning and housekeeping services within each of our suites. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that rooms and common areas are cleaned to the highest standards
    • Maintaining a high level of linen and room supplies for guests
      • Adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols
        • Working efficiently between check-out and check-in

You will bring to this role:

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience
    • A passion for delivering exceptional behind-the-scenes guest service with attention to detail
      • A positive attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines
        • Flexibility to work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays

This role is situated in a beautiful remote Tasmanian location, close to Hobart and Launceston.
