About This Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person who can deliver exceptional workplace experiences.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of hospitality. You will work closely with colleagues and teams to create a productive environment that reflects the company's philosophies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing vendors on a day-to-day basis, including system onboarding, access tracking, issue resolution, and SLA management.
  • Implementing and supporting site-specific workplace programs in alignment with global standards.
  • Providing feedback on programs for incorporation into existing and new initiatives.
  • Site-specific budget management, expense tracking, invoice processing, and financial forecasting support.
  • Collaborating with regional managers and finance partners to manage purchase orders, approve invoices, and oversee spend reporting and forecasting.
  • Supporting team goals by taking on ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

You will also have opportunities to partner with project managers, cross-functional teams, and communicate workplace concepts and plans clearly to diverse audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 5 years of experience in office/facilities management in a fast-paced environment with knowledge of building systems and operational best practices.
  • Demonstrated vendor and budget management skills.
  • Strong relationships with key partners to ensure efficiency and understanding on cross-functional projects.
  • A proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects; be highly organized with analytical skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
