Site Coordinator

- Assist with contract documentation, tendering, and site administration for a global construction company.
- Drive company safety, environment, and quality policies, practices, and procedures in compliance with Management Plans and OH&S legislative requirements to ensure a safe workplace at all times.
- Assist with the trade package tendering process, including compilation and approval of tender documents and proposed tender list.
- Compile and control project documents, including maintenance of a control register, and ensuring prompt issue of documentation to respective parties.
- Perform general site duties, office, and administration as required.
Potential candidates will be pursuing studies in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a similar field. They must possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, and decision-making skills, and demonstrate ability to work effectively at various levels of a project.
