We're on a mission to make Canva the most accessible design tool in the world. To achieve this, we need a highly skilled Accessibility Compliance Analyst to join our team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that our product is accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities. You'll work closely with our technical teams to identify and mitigate accessibility risks, and develop strategies to improve our compliance with accessibility standards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web accessibility guidelines and regulations, including WCAG 2.2 AA and ATAG 2.0. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from auditing and testing our product to collaborating with other teams to develop new features and services. You'll also have the chance to contribute to our company's accessibility strategy and help shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a compliance strategy to ensure our product meets accessibility standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate accessibility risks
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that accessibility is integrated into all aspects of our product development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track our progress and identify areas for improvement
