About the Role

As a key contributor to our product development and enhancement initiatives, you will play a vital role in shaping compelling customer propositions that meet evolving needs.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of the product marketplace, trends, and competitors, identifying key findings and insights that inform our product strategy.
  • Perform regular control checks across various products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review customer feedback and Voice of Customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and support proposition refinement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate the rollout of product, process, regulatory, and policy changes.
  • Develop internal communications and training materials to enhance product knowledge and capability.
  • Respond to and resolve customer enquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Assist in managing operational risk incidents and issues related to the product.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reports and forums
