About the Role:
The NSW State Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for inspiring customer engagement and driving sales through strategic visual merchandising initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Executing the National VM Strategy across 33 stores to promote high foot traffic and drive sales
- Developing commercial VM strategies in store to meet business benchmarks
- Ensuring successful new collection launches and strong sell-through
- Driving concept evolvement and aligning stores with brand focuses
- Managing store openings, refits, relocations, and closures
- Supporting events and delivering a relevant customer experience
- Training and developing Retail teams to ensure VM principles and company standards
- Collaborating with Sales Leaders to develop sales and sell-through strategies

This role requires a senior creative with experience in managing multiple sites and a proven ability to lead and motivate.
