Job Title: Front of House Manager

We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional to lead our venue's front-of-house operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large, multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.

  • Leading the day-to-day front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures, customer service standards, recruiting and rostering team members, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to grow the business and increase revenue through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that all guests receive an outstanding experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership and management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • The ability to motivate and develop a large team.
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current industry RSA and RCG qualifications.
