About Our Fitness Team

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fitness professional to join our team as a Group Exercise Coach. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional fitness experiences that leave our members feeling empowered and motivated.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome members and provide personalized support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Deliver 45-minute immersive reformer Pilates classes with your authentic personality, encouraging physical, mental, and emotional breakthrough moments.
  • Embrace feedback and suggestions to improve program delivery, ensuring a world-class experience for our members.
  • Build a culture where the community becomes raving fans, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain studio safety by considering temperature, equipment, and maximum occupancy.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, supporting marketing activities and communicating the unique value proposition of our program.

About You:

  • Hold a Cert III in Fitness or recognized instructor qualification, with current first aid certification.
  • Have aligned experience, delivering meaningful classes that encourage mindfulness and connection among participants.
  • Be comfortable working non-traditional schedules and learning new programs.
  • Be people-focused, authentic, warm, and confident, with excellent communication skills.
  • Be self-assured, intuitive, and able to connect with anyone, inspiring others through your passion for fitness.
  • Have a can-do approach, thinking on your feet and rolling with changes, while continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
