At T2 Tea, we're brewing a unique opportunity for an exceptional leader to join our team as a Store Manager in Bondi.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and passionate individual to lead our retail store, focusing on effective rostering, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving exceptional customer service, achieving budgeted sales targets, and ensuring the store operates within company guidelines.

  • Spearhead day-to-day store operations, including staff management and training.
  • Leverage your commercial acumen to drive sales growth and optimize store performance.
  • Foster a culture that embodies the T2 Values, creating a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • Manage controllable costs, including wages, inventory, and supplies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading teams, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll be commercially savvy, with a passion for developing talent and implementing strategies that drive business results.
