Job Purpose
The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community. This role is part of a 12-month direct service delivery rotational employment program.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to the Aboriginal Community
- Develop and implement culturally safe practices
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cultural competency and understanding of Aboriginal issues
