About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Water Management Field Service Specialist to join our Agriculture and Domestic Division in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily water management works and projects for Agricultural and Domestic Customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair and maintenance of pumps or irrigation systems
  • Completion of service reports following each job
  • Attending pre-start meetings and tool box talks
  • Maintaining stock levels in your vehicle and returning unused stock to the branch
What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar field service role
  • Certificate 3 in Irrigation or Trade Qualification in Fitter Machining, Electrical or Plumbing (desirable)
  • Current driver's license
  • Electrical Connect and Disconnect ticket (desirable)
  • Confined Spaces ticket (desirable)
  • A minimum of three years' experience in pump repair and irrigation installation
  • A sound knowledge of various pump types
  • The ability to diagnose problems and implement efficient solutions
  • Demonstrated experience installing and repairing various types of irrigation systems
  • Proven track record as an effective and enthusiastic team player
  • Strong passion for superior customer service delivery
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong safety focus and the ability to follow policy and procedure
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Benefits

This is a full-time permanent position offering a negotiable salary range of $80,000-$120,000 plus superannuation. You will also receive a company car and opportunities for overtime.
