  • Engineering qualifications with expertise in the development of maintenance strategies and a strong focus on compliance
  • Experience managing explosion-protected equipment for underground coal mines
  • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvement
  • Strong leadership and change management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Demonstrated behaviors aligned to our company values and culture
