Job Details

Clean and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms and common areas.

Work as part of a team to achieve excellent results and provide a safe environment for residents, colleagues and visitors.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned and presented to a high standard.
  • Support peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit.
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is highly regarded.
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
  • A reliable team player.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
