Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Partner to join our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to bridge the gap between finance and operations.

Your New Role

The position involves budgeting and forecasting, performance management of business, business partnering, business case review, finance and business intelligence analysis, finance risk management, high-level review of financial controls, finance projects, cost leadership, performance-related board papers, and multi-currency reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts.
  • Performance management of business: Analyze key performance indicators and provide insights to drive business growth.
  • Business partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities.
  • Business case review: Evaluate the financial viability of business proposals and recommendations.
  • Finance and business intelligence analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Finance risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization's financial health.
  • High-level review of financial controls: Ensure that financial processes and procedures are effective and efficient.
  • Finance projects: Lead or participate in finance-related projects to drive process improvements and cost savings.
  • Cost leadership: Drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Performance-related board papers: Provide analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Multi-currency reporting: Manage and analyze financial data across multiple currencies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders, a CA/CPA qualification, a motivated and hardworking work ethic, high attention to detail, good time management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
