We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lifeguard to lead our team at the Canberra Olympic Pool. As a lifeguard leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of lifeguards to ensure the pool area is safe and enjoyable for all patrons
- Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Provide coaching and training to lifeguards to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our patrons
Requirements:
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Working with Vulnerable People
- Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded
