Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Director to lead our Pacific region. This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic merchandising plan to drive sales, profitability, and brand equity in the Pacific region.
  • Lead a team of category managers to optimize product offerings, pricing, and promotions across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in merchandising or related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with MBA preferred.
