Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team and contribute to our research program focused on geochemistry and diagenetic alteration on hydrogen injection and recovery. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines to undertake research on the impact of geological heterogeneities on subsurface flow and interactions of hydrogen upon injection and subsequent recovery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in geochemistry and diagenetic alteration within the subsurface, with a strong track record of research publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
  • A PhD in a relevant field, such as geochemistry, petroleum geoscience, or petroleum engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and industry partners.
  • Ability to design and conduct laboratory experiments, supervise postgraduate students, and secure research funding.
