Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, managing staff, and ensuring that all areas of the facility meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to excellence in service, and the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.

You will be working with our prestigious partnership hotels in Brisbane, QLD, leading a dedicated team to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and pristine environment.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including supervising and managing housekeeping staff, conducting regular inspections of rooms and public areas, addressing guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping, and managing inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.

You will also develop and implement training programs for new and existing housekeeping staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about procedures and standards.

Your goal will be to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring seamless operation and collaboration with other departments.

You will communicate effectively with staff and management to address any issues or concerns and ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards
