Network and System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and System Administrator to join our team at Parklife Metro. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in maintaining and administering our IT infrastructure, systems, and software applications.
Key Responsibilities- Elevate the performance, security, and cost efficiency of our cloud-based platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Secure our environments with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and vulnerability management, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Assist in the problem management process to resolve technical/security-related issues and take ownership of response and remediation plans.
- Enforce security policies and compliance with project and corporate security requirements across the entire infrastructure.
- Implement technical solutions to satisfy business requirements, such as SharePoint sites, SSO/SAML, and storage.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware, including firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in systems and network engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention, and vulnerability assessments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
