We are looking for an experienced psychologist with a passion for delivering evidence-based treatments and using outcomes to inform practice. The successful candidate will have experience delivering mental health interventions, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT) or motivational interviewing (MI).

The ideal candidate will be a flexible thinker, able to self-manage and work effectively in a dynamic environment. They will lead by example, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and be passionate about delivering high-standard evidence-based psychological treatment to clients.

The role involves meeting with consumers referred from Monash Health psychiatric triage, emergency, or other services in mental health, and jointly determining their needs and goals. You will provide psychological treatment, measure outcomes, and participate in a strong and supportive clinical team.

This psychology-specific role presents a fantastic opportunity to use and develop your skills within a very supportive team. You will receive regular professional supervision, peer support, and access to ongoing education and training.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including five weeks annual leave, paid professional development leave, and access to onsite subsidised staff car parking and gym.
