Job Description:
- Provide support to clients in conjunction with case managers.
- Assist individuals to maintain their health and wellbeing.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders and clients.
- Develop continuous quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills, accurate decision making skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold or be studying towards relevant qualifications.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Hold a current Australian driver's license.
