Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Asset Coordinator to join our team at The Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the site asset register for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the integration of new assets, disposal records, and lifecycle tagging.
  • Prepare data and documentation for lifecycle planning and condition audits.
  • Assist the Maintenance Planner in inputting and reviewing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Support internal audits by preparing necessary documentation and registers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience with Asset Management Systems, such as QFM or CMMS.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering FM projects and building works, including estimating, programming, and planning.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and program development, particularly in the context of Asset Maintenance Plans.
  • Ability to plan and develop Asset Maintenance Plans across multiple sites and varied asset types.
About This Role

This role involves maintaining and updating the site asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness.
