About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Polling Positions Coordinator. As a key member of our election operations team, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of polling places, ensuring the smooth execution of voting processes, and providing excellent customer service to our voters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the setup and operation of polling places, including the installation of voting equipment and the management of voting materials.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of voting results, including the reconciliation of ballot papers and the management of election day returns.
  • Provide support to voters, including answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise during the voting process.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful execution of election day operations.
